This public hearing concerns the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, Cost Estimates and Bid Opening Date for the High Strength Waste Receiving Station.

B. Houser Street and Fulliam Street Roundabout (Due to publication error this will be rescheduled for the March 7th, 2019 City Council Meeting)

This public hearing concerns the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, Cost Estimates and Bid Opening Date for the Houser and Fulliam Street Roundabout

A. Resolution Approving the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, Cost Estimations and Establishing a Bid Opening Date for the High Strength Waste Receiving Station Project (Public Hearing A)(PDF)

B. Resolution Approving Grant Agreement for Westside Trail Project (PDF)

Presented for City Council’s consideration is Resolution approving an agreement for a TAP (Transportation Alternative Program) Grant. This grant will fund 80% of the project cost up to a maximum of $578,000. This agreement with the state must be signed and a resolution passed accepting the grant before the project can continue.

C. Request for Issuance of a Purchase Order for Lab Metals Testing Software and PC Purchase(PDF)

Presented for City Council’s consideration is a request for the issuance of a purchase order in the amount of $10,031.80 to Thermo Scientific for a new computer with Qtegra Software upgrade to ensure continued operation of the existing ICP machine for required industry testing.

It is recommended bills totaling $3,659,795.77, which includes receipt summaries and journal entries for December 2018, be approved and that the City Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to issue warrants for the same.
