The Grandview Avenue Sidewalk Extension Project will construct a sidewalk on the "north" side of Grandview Avenue from South Houser Street to the crossing at the Headquarters Restaurant, 2108 Grandview Avenue, and include partial driveway replacement, culvert replacement, and push button repositioning. Funding for this project is available in the transfer of jurisdiction funding for the Grandview Avenue Reconstruction Project.
Heuer Construction, Inc., was awarded the $166,859.50 contact by the Muscatine City Council at their March 7, 2024, meeting. The project began April 2024 and is expected to be completed May 2024.
